What type of properties will be presented?

What makes these properties "below market value"?

We find properties that can be acquired at 60% or below of their current value. It is our job to find these "needles in the haystack".

What do you mean by current value?

We figure out for how much a property would sell today, taking into account that most sales are short sales and REO's (real estate owned or bank owned).

Is there a fee to join your network of buyers?

No, there is no fee.

Can I be on a notification list to get the best deals?

Yes, but you need to get pre-approved. Please refer to the buyers section on the site. Once approved, you will be notified via email of our new deals coming on the market before we actively market these properties. You will have the first shot at them.
